Drivers in downtown Sioux Falls will soon be dealing with a lengthy street closure. Starting Monday (August 17th), North Weber Avenue will be closed at Third Street, just south of the east entrance to Falls Park, to allow crews to make railroad crossing improvements as part of the Downtown Whistle Reduction Project.
