A truck hauling a porta-potty on a flatbed trailer was pulled over by police in Arizona last month. Cops say it was “ejecting” toilet paper onto the interstate which is actually a serious issue. But (or ‘butt’ in this case) on the plus side, it sounds like it may have been CLEAN toilet paper. One official said,“All cargo (even a porta-potty) must be properly fastened to prevent debris from entering the roadway.
