Update at 4:26 p.m.: Environment Canada has downgraded it’s Red Warning – Tornado notice to a Yellow Warning – Severe Thunderstorm notice for Pembroke and the surrounding area. Update at 3:47 p.m.: Environment Canada has issued a Red Warning – Tornado notice for Petawawa, Pembroke and Cobden. Environment Canada says tornado warnings are issued when a thunderstorm is producing or is likely to produce a tornado. Environment Canada has issued a Yellow Watch – Severe Thunderstorm notice for Petawawa, Pembroke and Cobden.
