Auburn is removing several parking kiosks and meters while expanding payment options through the Pango system, according to The Citizen. Some kiosks will remain in the Lincoln Street garage, along portions of Genesee, North and South streets, and in the Dill Street parking lot. The changes come as Auburn has also raised parking rates from $1 to $2 an hour and resumed boot-and-tow enforcement for unpaid tickets.
