We are proud to name as this week’s Weenies of the week a father/son combo who tried to defraud a luxury car dealership on East Washington Ave in Madison. This 33 year old dad and 18 year old kid (real family bonding btw) decided they were going to play real life grand theft auto. Or the same age that old rich white men go to an island for? Trying to buy 3 luxury cars with fake checks in 48 hours is a special kind of bold faced buffoonery because as we all know lux dealerships just hand over keys to randos. The dealership tries to cash the checks, realizes they’re fake and call the cops.
