APPLETON, Wis–A suspect in an alleged drunken hit and run crash in Appleton made it very easy for officers to make an arrest. According to a Facebook post, the suspect struck another vehicle in a parking lot over the weekend before driving off. While officers were searching the area, they saw a vehicle drive over the curb right in front of them.
