He stated that while the Commission has received several letters of intent from aspiring political groups, none, including ADA, have fulfilled the requirements to advance to the formal registration process.
“We have many letters of intent presently, but none qualify as a formal application yet.
They must first meet the criteria before submitting a letter of intent,” Olumekun clarified.
INEC emphasized that strict adherence to registration guidelines is mandatory for all prospective political parties seeking approval.
