The father of a teenager accused of killing two men in DeLand has been arrested, according to an announcement by the DeLand Police Department. According to Captain Prurince Dice, Etkins was arrested at around 6:49 a.m. in Eustis. The DeLand Police Department received assistance from law enforcement in Lake County to make the arrest. Keyan Rundell was arrested on Tuesday in Manatee County before being transferred to DeLand. It’s unclear whether other suspects exist, or whether additional charges may be added against Etkins or Rundell.
