The A4103 through Leigh Sinton has reopened after being initially closed to allow a deep sewer connection to be installed for a new housing development. Leigh and Bransford Parish Council confirmed the reopening in a social media post. Last week, developers Lioncourt Homes said the road was expected to reopen nine days early after site teams switched from a five-day working week to seven-day operations in a bid to reduce disruption. The closure had prompted frustration among residents, with Leigh and Bransford Parish Council chairman Dave Fereday previously describing the situation as "horrendous," particularly because of increased traffic and speeding on surrounding roads. The reopening has now restored a key route linking Worcester and Herefordshire.
