He was also ordered to sign the sex offenders register for 10 years and made the subject of a decade-long sexual harm prevention order (SHPO). The order stipulated Latham was banned from having any device capable of accessing the internet without notifying police within three days acquiring it. But on Friday, July 3, just two months on from appearing at court, Latham was discovered to have acquired three internet-enabled devices and had not informed police. He admitted the breach at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, July 4, and the case was committed to Chester Crown Court on Monday, August 3. As part of the SHPO, Latham is also banned from living in, entering, or remaining in any household where a child under 16 is present.
