ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Aug, 2026) The Ministry of Law and Justice on Monday issued notifications for the appointment of additional and permanent judges to various high courts across the country. The ministry also notified the appointment of 10 additional judges of the Lahore High Court for a period of one year. Three additional judges have also been appointed to the High Court of Balochistan for a period of one year. For the High Court of Sindh, Muhammad Humayon Khan, Advocate High Court; Suresh Kumar, District and Sessions Judge; and Dr Shah Nawaz Memon, Advocate Supreme Court, have been appointed as additional judges for one year. Meanwhile, four additional judges of the Peshawar High Court Justice Farah Jamshed, Justice Inam Ullah Khan, Justice Sabit Ullah Khan and Justice Aurangzeb have been appointed as judges of the said court.
