GUJRANWALA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Aug, 2026) Two labourers were killed and three others injured when an under-construction building collapsed in the Alipur Chowk area of Gujranwala, on Tuesday, according to Rescue sources quoted by tv channels. Initial reports said the labourers were working at the construction site when the building suddenly collapsed, trapping them under the debris. The rescue team rushed to the site after receiving information about the incident and recovered the bodies of thetwo deceased labourers. The three injured workers were also rescued and shifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the exact cause of the building collapse.
