The move follows Foley's appointment as senior vice president in Gallagher's captive practice earlier this year. Foley joined Gallagher from AssuredPartners, where the role was senior vice president in the captive vertical. Before that, Foley was an account executive at Artex Risk Solutions, the Gallagher-owned captive manager, running regional business development across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Colorado, Minnesota, Kentucky and Pennsylvania with a focus on member-owned group captives, rent-a-captives, single-parent captives and medical stop-loss captives.
