It may be a while before the snow flies but North Greenville has already started preparations.
The municipality is hiring nine seasonal winter equipment operators to keep the roads safe this winter.
A post on Facebook says the workers will operate snow plows as well as sand and salt trucks while maintaining roads and sidewalks.
