The nursery confirmed that the establishment would shut for the final time on Friday, July 31, due to low attendance and ongoing recruitment issues. Parent Sarah Donald says parents were given "little notice" of the impending closure, which it was feared would leave staff without jobs and adults scrambling to find nursery places for their children. A petition was launched by the parents to try to reverse the decision or find an investor to keep it running. "However, lower attendance levels and ongoing recruitment challenges mean we have had to make the difficult decision to close, and we are deeply sorry for the impact this will have on our families.
