The straw-stuffed characters are among the creations popping up across North Newton as the village’s Scarecrow Trail returns for a second year.
Money raised from the trail will go to St Margaret’s Hospice Care, which was chosen after receiving the highest number of nominations from people in North Newton.

With the village trail now in its second year, Katie hopes it will become a regular fixture in North Newton’s summer calendar.
