Devan is survived by his loving parents, Rebecca and Michael Harris Jr.; his siblings, Dylan and Andrea Harris; his cherished grandparents, Michael and Bonnie Harris Sr.; his dear fiancée, Mindi Rawley-Harris; and his stepdaughter, Savahnna (Carter) Smith.
