Prince acts to protect farming artifacts

The Prince Township Museum has a priceless collection of antique farm equipment, but the shed behind the community centre that has housed the collection since 1997 must be demolished by winter.

“The other two are in southern Ontario, and one of them is in Prince Edward County.”
Christenson told council that an individual from the museum in Prince Edward County had visited Prince to take photographs of rare artifacts that his own museum lacked.
“The thing is, once they’re gone, they’re gone,” Christenson said.
