Exports to other EU states totaled €212.0 million in June, while exports to non-EU countries came to €251.0 million, compared with €149.0 million and €365.1 million, respectively, in June 2025. Total exports for January through June fell 1.2% to €2,617.7 million, down from €2,650.3 million a year earlier. The trade deficit widened to €4,679.1 million for the first half of 2026, compared with €4,055.1 million in the same period last year, CYSTAT said. Exports of domestically produced goods, including ship and aircraft supplies, jumped 63.9% in May to €348.1 million, compared with €212.4 million a year earlier. Exports of foreign products, including ship and aircraft supplies, rose 50.5% in May to €173.5 million, compared with €115.3 million in May 2025.
