International law firm Bird & Bird has advised longstanding client Airhive, a London-based direct air capture (DAC) company, on its acquisition of Dutch DAC competitor Carbyon. Simultaneously to the acquisition, Bird & Bird also advised the combined entity on a Series A financing round.
