The Young Photographer Showcase 2026, now open to the public at The Engine Room, features more than 150 images from 64 emerging photographers from across Somerset, including children as young as six. Deb Richards, creative director at Somerset Film, said: "The response to this year's Young Photographer Showcase has been extraordinary. During the event, the Robert Richards Award recipient, Glastonbury photographer Mitch Corrigan, was announced by Bridgwater’s deputy mayor, Tim Mander, and photographer Justin Krause. Somerset Film congratulated all entrants and thanked them for sharing their "creativity and perspective." The Young Photographer Showcase 2026 is open to the public until Friday, September 11 at The Engine Room.
