LANDx Development officials say they hope to begin construction on the 76-unit project by 2027. The concept plan at Sawmill Creek Golf Course was approved in 2022. Brendan Graham, the project manager for LANDx, says shortly after Sawmill Creek Holdings hired his company to move the project forward. He added the intention is put in the services and begin construction in 2027. Plympton-Wyoming agreed to give three-year extension for the project and asked for an update in one year.
