But becoming “Iron Mike” did not erase the child who came before him. Whatever anybody thinks of Mike Tyson or the “Iron Mike” version who terrorized the heavyweight division, “The Baddest Man on the Planet” is long gone. “It’s something you never forget,” Tyson said.
