In Porquis, the 108th annual event begins on Wednesday, August 19th with the Western Glam Pageant featuring eight contestants. Porquis Agricultural Society director Garry McFadden says the fair’s official opening is Friday night, the 21st. The fair wraps up Sunday with breakfast and a full day of events.
