Cleared housing site in Warwick town centre put up for sale
['Hours Ago']
The Leamington Observer
A cleared plot of land in Warwick town centre, where six homes once stood, has been put on the market as a site for residential development.
The 0.22-acre plot, at Priory Mews, is being marketed by property agent Savills, with the price available on request rather than publicly listed.
The site previously contained six houses, which have since been demolished, leaving the land vacant and cleared.
The land is bordered by a footpath to the north west, existing homes to the south west and south, and Northgate House conference centre to the east.
The town lies roughly 34 miles south east of Birmingham, nine miles north east of Stratford-upon-Avon, and two miles west of Royal Leamington Spa.
