Santander’s branch on The Parade in Leamington is set for a significant internal and external refurbishment, according to plans submitted to Warwick District Council. The proposals include a new shopfront, updated signage in the bank’s current style, and new window graphics for its Work Café branding. Inside, the ground floor banking hall, counters, and administrative areas will be redecorated and reconfigured, with till positions adjusted to create more space for customers. The application states that the works are intended to refurbish the existing building, and that the front entrance’s current access arrangements will not be affected.
