As a founding member of BG Families for Schools, I’ve spent years advocating for our public schools. We need representatives who will fight to adequately fund our public schools and provide meaningful property tax relief to those who need it most – not continue to shift more of the burden onto local taxpayers. With this in mind, I look forward to supporting Rick Rettig for state representative this November. As a public school teacher and local elected official, Rick understands both sides of this equation. He knows firsthand how important strong public schools are to our kids and our communities, and he understands the very real impact rising property taxes have on the people we represent.
