Researchers from the University of Sydney have shared the findings of a disturbing new report regarding smart glasses and a growing trend called “ambient capture”.
Much like hidden cameras used to record explicit content like upskirt videos of women, which was an issue in the early 2000s, smart glasses capable of capturing video surreptitiously is now being used to record women in public without their knowledge.
