Update: 4:44 p.m. MondayPolice are providing more details on an incident in Manotick that saw shots fired outside a bank.
Ottawa Police say it happened outside the CIBC on Beaverwood Road around 10:30 a.m. Monday when a seller had arranged to meet a prospective buyer through Facebook Marketplace outside the bank.
No one was struck and the victim suffered minor injuries with three people, including a security guard and an off-duty police officer taking the suspect into custody.
