Reform district councillor Duane Hubbard and his county colleague Justin Bowen raised concerns over newly completed work on Teme Street, claiming it had left dangerous trip hazards in one of the busiest pedestrian areas in town. Cllr Hubbard described the workmanship as "shocking" and reported the issue to county highways bosses, urging them to act immediately. The concerns centred on uneven paving slabs and what was described as a poorly seated stopcock cover outside the Post Office. He added that he and Cllr Bowen were now pressing for a wider survey of pavements across Tenbury after other potential trip hazards were highlighted by residents.
