This summer, Bvlgari Hotel Shanghai transports the sun-drenched spirit of Italy to the banks of Suzhou Creek with L'Estate Italiana. At the heart of this experience is Pier Daniele Seu, the Rome-based pizzaiolo whose name has become synonymous with contemporary pizza artistry.
