RUGBY, N.D. (KFGO) – A Rugby man is facing 10 criminal charges for his alleged involvement in a series of burglaries and thefts across the state. Kerri Tessman is also facing charges in connection to the thefts in Pierce County. The vehicles were found at the property owned by Grotberg and Tessman, along with many of the reported stolen items. Deputies say they found tools that were reported stolen in the Williston area as far back as 2024. Court documents say the stolen motorcycle had been stripped and was lying around the property in parts.
