Astraeus, founded in 2025, has launched its AI-native infrastructure platform, designed to provide artificial intelligence with firm-specific context for regulated advisory businesses. Intended for use by investment advisory firms, wealth technology platforms, private equity firms and strategic consulting organizations seeking to modernize their infrastructure and build AI-native operating environments. Astraeus was co-founded by CEO Phill Rosen (former CTO of MoneyLion) and Jon Stevenson (another senior former MoneyLion executive). "Wealth management firms have spent years adding systems, workflows and data sources to address specific needs," said Rosen. Fractional trading is currently available for Orion Advisor Technology clients using Orion Trading and for Orion Custom Indexing sub-advisory clients, according to the company.
