CITIZENS Advice Solihull Borough (CASB) has been awarded a multi-year contract to deliver community information and advice services across Solihull. Following a tender process, Solihull Council has selected CASB as its chosen provider to deliver the new service from October. To deliver the service, CASB has brought together a partnership of trusted organisations already delivering impact in the community. Shelter will provide expert housing advice and homelessness prevention support, while Gateway Family Services will deliver health and wellbeing support, including health checks. Further details about the new service, including how residents can access support, will be announced as part of the launch.
