SANGHAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Aug, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Sanghar Sara Javed chaired a meeting on Tuesday to review arrangements for Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH), with officials from the district administration, police, local government, health department, Hesco and other relevant departments in attendance. The meeting reviewed security, sanitation, traffic management, electricity supply, lighting and medical facilities for Eid Milad-un-Nabi processions, Milad gatherings and other religious events across the district. The deputy commissioner directed the concerned officials to complete all arrangements well in advance and ensure foolproof security during processions and religious gatherings. She also directed the authorities to ensure illumination of government and private buildings as well as mosques on the occasion. A control room would be established at the deputy commissioner’s office to ensure effective coordination, monitoring and timely response during the celebrations.
