Nigeria-based payment technology company SeerBit is widening the international payment options available to African businesses by integrating PayPal into its payment infrastructure. The PayPal integration therefore fits into a broader push towards giving African merchants access to payment methods that work both locally and internationally. SeerBit’s PayPal integration addresses that gap from the merchant’s side by bringing an internationally recognised payment option into an African-focused payment infrastructure. The company says its payment systems are PCI-DSS certified and support both local and international payment acceptance. As more African businesses target international customers, payment flexibility will increasingly become part of the customer experience.
