A change of plea hearing was held Monday in Fourth Judicial District Court in Sheridan for a woman charged with 14 felonies. Change of Plea Hearing Held in District Court for Sheridan Woman Charged with Multiple FeloniesBetween 2015 and 2025, Alisha Buszkiewic, while she was Secretary for Western Transport in Sheridan, made unauthorized transfers of money belonging to Western Transport with the intent to deprive the owners of that money. She was charged with 11 counts of felony theft and three counts of felony forgery. Buszkiewic, pursuant to the terms of a plea agreement with the State, pleaded guilty Monday to three counts of theft and two counts of forgery. District Court Judge Darci Phillips scheduled sentencing for November 10 at 9:45 am.
