A woman in her 40s is in serious condition after paramedics found her this morning with an apparent stab wound to her lower left leg. Honolulu Emergency Medical Services responded at about 10:30 a.m. to Kapaekahi Street in Waianae. Paramedics treated the woman and took her to an emergency room in serious condition. No further details were available.
