County Clerk Lisa Smith said registered voters can get absentee ballots by calling or visiting her office in the Carbon Building in Rawlins. Ballots are available to all eligible Carbon County voters. Additional accepted forms of identification can be found on the Carbon County Clerk’s Office website. All absentee ballots must be returned to the Carbon County Clerk’s Office by 7 p.m. Tuesday, August 18th.
