(Baton Rouge, Louisiana) - East Baton Rouge Mayor-President Sid Edwards has seen enough, and now he is warning those who illegally dump trash in the city that they willl be caught and fined. The Mayor-President says that the city will not tolerate those who illegally dump trash within the city, and he says that the fines will be extensive. Edwards is so angry about the litter in his city that he even uses the acronym "FAFO" when addressing those who are dumping trash. For years, many communities across Louisiana have been battling litter and illegal dumping, and like Baton Rouge, these communities have seen enough, and they are going after those who continue to dump trash in public. Remember, it is never safe to approach someone on your own if you see them dumping trash illegally.
