Lujan suggested having this radio station host a live July 4th presentation prior to the fireworks. Lujan said Rawlins Fire Chief Allen Robinson, who oversees the city’s annual fireworks show, has confirmed that he can make it happen. He asked the Council to picture his idea for an expanded 4th of July event. The City Council thanked Lujan for his idea.
