Mayor Chuck Davis said allowing food trucks at the baseball field could lead to issues with other vendors. Saratoga resident Richard Hodges, who lives in the vicinity of Wood Field, said the site is far too congested during games to allow for food trucks. Hodges said the only place food trucks could use is a small parcel of land north of the ball fields. Mayor Chuck Davis said mobile food vendors are restricted to private property or require a special event permit to operate on town‑owned land.
