(Brendan Baldwin/Phillies Nation)Phillies reliever Caleb Kilian, one of two big-league bullpen additions the club made at last week’s trade deadline, was placed on the 15-day injured list with a strained left oblique, the team announced Monday. Right-hander Chase Shugart was recalled from Triple-A Lehigh Valley in his place. He and left-hander Brooks Raley, acquired from the Mets, were the club’s only external relief reinforcements at the deadline. Shugart, 29, is back up with the Phillies after getting optioned to Lehigh Valley on Sunday.
