Personnel from the Sparks Police Department and the Sparks Fire Department were dispatched to the area of 451 E. Prater Way at about 4:03 a.m. after reports of a vehicle fire. When responders arrived, they found an unoccupied white BMW sedan heavily engulfed in flames. Following the investigation, officials say arson is not believed to be a factor in the incident.
