Wil Jenkins Pleads Not Guilty in Pine Bluff Salon Shooting After Hiring New Attorney

Wilburt JenkinsWilbert “Wil” Jenkins has pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from a December 2025 shooting at a downtown Pine Bluff salon after obtaining new legal representation.
Court records show the 68-year-old Pine Bluff man is now represented by attorney Kevin Lemley of Lemley DWI & Criminal Defense Lawyers.
The charges stem from a December 17th, 2025, shooting at Uptown Salon, located at 204 S. Main St. in Pine Bluff.
Investigators allege Jenkins shot his longtime girlfriend, Lenora Robinson, during an altercation inside the salon.
The Pine Bluff Police Department SWAT team and Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office responded, and Jenkins was eventually taken into custody after officers entered the residence following unsuccessful negotiations.
