The son of U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert was arrested on Sunday on five felony charges, including three counts related to sexual exploitation of a child, following an investigation by the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office. Tyler Boebert, 21, was arrested on a warrant after an investigation by the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office and a felony review by the 9th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, according to a news release from the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office. Bond was set at $10,000, and Boebert was released from the Garfield County Jail the same day after posting bond. According to the Garfield County Courthouse, he faces three counts of sexual exploitation of a child. Boebert also faces two class 4 felony counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
