U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert’s son arrested on child sexual exploitation charges

The son of U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert was arrested on Sunday on five felony charges, including three counts related to sexual exploitation of a child, following an investigation by the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office.
Tyler Boebert, 21, was arrested on a warrant after an investigation by the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office and a felony review by the 9th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, according to a news release from the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office.
Bond was set at $10,000, and Boebert was released from the Garfield County Jail the same day after posting bond.
According to the Garfield County Courthouse, he faces three counts of sexual exploitation of a child.
Boebert also faces two class 4 felony counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
