The Escondido Union School District is seeking applications from residents in region 3 to serve as a board member. The board vacancy has occurred due to Board Member Mark Olson’s resignation effective July 24, 2026. Interviews are scheduled to be conducted at the Board of Education Special Meeting, Thursday, September 3, 2026, 6 p.m. at Bear Valley Middle School, 3003 Bear Valley Parkway, Escondido, CA 92025.
