PRODUCT OF THE WEEK: Omnetics Nano-D Bi-lobe connectorsThis week’s product, the Omnetics Nano-D Bi-Lobe connector, is available with a quick latch system, with latches that require no tools and offer great ease in handling. Bi-Lobe connectors leverage the Omnetics rugged Flex Pin contact system, which is spaced on 25 mil (.64 mm) centerlines. The family of Nano-D connectors meets this need as each connector is designed to perform at military specification levels for high-reliability and extreme environments. Most Nano-D connectors evolved from the older Micro-D and follow the similar specifications. Omnetics responded with the Nano-D connector, which meets MIL-DTL-32139.
