MOSA aligned CMFF chassis shown by Elma at GVSETS 2026NewsLisa Daigle Assistant Managing Editor Military Embedded SystemsElma image 18th ANNUAL GROUND VEHICLE SYSTEMS ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY SYMPOSIUM (GVSETS)--NOVI, Mich. Elma Electronic is featuring a live demonstration highlighting a simulated electronic warfare (EW) application during the GVSETS Symposium, now underway in Novi, Michigan.
The MOSA [modular open systems approach] aligned integrated CMFF [C5ISR/EW Modular Open Suite of Standards Mounted Form Factor] chassis mounts on a SAVE [Standard A-Kit Vehicle Envelope] compliant tray.
On Tuesday, August 11th at 1:50 PM, Mark Littlefield, Elma's Director of Systems Products, will address “How to Leverage Standards-based MOSA for SWaP-constrained Deployable Systems with VNX+".
It is part of the MOSA Technical Track and targeted at those wanting to learn more about the new VNX+ standard (VITA 90).
The new VNX+ standard is a small-form-factor architecture that enables placement of compact, high-performance embedded systems in extremely size/weight/power (SWaP)-constrained applications, including autonomous vehicles.
