Andy Fickman’s production has taken up residence at The Arts at Marble Arch – the capital’s brand-new theatre, which opened its doors this summer with the cult favourite as its very first show – for a strictly limited run of 52 performances that must end on 22nd August. Kevin Murphy and Laurence O’Keefe’s score swings between bubblegum pop and rock ballads, and numbers like Seventeen, Dead Girl Walking and the uproarious My Dead Gay Son have by now earned their place in musical theatre folklore.
